Kids Clubs

Kids Clubs to grow Faith
Birthed out of a desire to reach the children of our communities, Zola Kwelilanga, a member of the Every Nation Langa congregation, began a series of Kids Clubs across the Khayalitsha area. This is a beautiful compassionate ministry to bring joy, games, and the power of the Word into childrens lives.

The clubs usually run once a week, and make use of the local community halls. The local leaders of the community are trained up to assist, and do so free of charge. Zola also partners with local churches and trains them in running kids clubs in their communities.

Our desire is to provide a small meal for each child who attends, as well as lots of fun and games and a great vibe, while teaching the Word and building them up in Faith

As part of the program children get trained in reading, and bible verse learning.

What their materials involve
Their program uses curriculum and resources designed for weekly Bible club meetings with children and teens. These materials typically include:
Bible-based teaching lessons
Each club session includes Scripture reading, biblical principles, and stories about Jesus that help kids understand the Gospel.
Scripture memorization tools
Kids learn verses and memorize key passages from the Bible as part of their discipleship.
Life-skill lessons and hobby components
Clubs teach practical life skills—such as cooking, music, woodworking, or English—which are integrated with spiritual teaching.
Leader guides and volunteer training

Planting Seeds

A kids club is the perfect way to plant a seed in a childs life. Although children growing up in the township may grow up in horrific circumstances, without much rounded home life, these clubs create lasting memories that grow children in Christ. The knowledge of the Word is so vital in this age group. These clubs lay great foundations for the future lives of all children who get to experience them.
